VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT: FELICIA

1) Tell us a little about yourself:

My name is Felicia Tan, I’m 12 years old. My hobbies are badminton (because I can beat people with my racket)…teehee, just kidding! I also play basketball and football.

2) What made you volunteer at the SPCA?

I wanted to become a volunteer because I LOVE animals and I like to help them get a nice home.

3) Who is your favorite animal at the SPCA and why?

I don’t think I have any favorites because they’re all so cute and cuddly! Normally I’d like to play tug of war with Cookie or groom Zoey and sometimes I’d like to scratch Cherry and complain how stinky she is. Just kidding!

4) Is there anything you’d like to add?

If you’re crazy, I’d like to be friends with you… >:B

SPCA Selangor

SPCA Selangor is an animal welfare organisation based in Ampang Jaya, Selangor. The aim of the SPCA is to protect defenseless animals and to alleviate their suffering. We receive more than 700 unwanted, homeless or abused animals every month. We provide an adoption program, investigation of cruelty reports, humane education, assistance to community animal caregivers and run a dedicated, low-cost spay/ neuter clinic.
