Spaying Subsidy For 6 Market Cats (Then Lai Fatt�s)

Ah Fatt informed me about two weeks ago that prior to Hari Raya, there had been a lot of cat dumping at the market and he needed to get the cats spayed.

We have subsidised RM600 for the spaying of these new market cats.
