CAN YOU HELP A DOG LIKE LEXA? PLEASE CLICK HERE TO DONATE

My name is Lexa. I am an 8 year old girl, rescued from a lifetime of pain. I have been suffering with a horrible type of mange called demodex, a fungal skin infection, discharge from my eyes and severe alopecia, which means all my fur has fallen out.

I was spotted by a kind local human who was worried about me and called Soi Dog. Animal Rescue Officer Khun Jaroon was quick to arrive and scoop me up into his arms. It was the first time a human has ever shown me love.

Since being here at the shelter, I am now getting the daily treatment I have needed for the longest time and I have started to turn a corner. The vets tell me it will take me some time to recover fully as I was really not in a good way when I got here.

Sometimes I think about how I would have ended up if I hadn’t been taken to the Soi Dog shelter. It frightens me to think about what would happen if the Emergency Response Team no longer existed. They are very special Soi Dog supporters, who send monthly donations so that suffering street animals like me can be rescued and treated.

I know there are many more still out there, still waiting for help. YOU can be the one who makes a difference to another suffering animal today. Please join the Emergency Response Team and give the gift of life to a despairing dog or cat. No amount is too small; every penny helps. All you have to do is click on my photo to get started.

Thank you.
