Poor Young Rocky Begins To Recover From Two Broken Legs

I�m a pretty young girl, only 13 weeks old, and I and got into a bit of trouble recently when I got hit by a car. I was so lucky that someone saw what happened to me and took me to a local vet clinic. The vets there operated on my two front legs as they were badly broken and had to put something called pins in both of them. I have now come to be cared for at Soi Dog Foundation, where I hope they can help me walk again.

I haven�t been doing much yet except visit the vets and rest on my bed. The vets tell me it is important that I get a lot of rest so my legs can recover from my operation. I am pretty eager to try walking again but the vets say I need to take my time because if I rush I may make my legs worse. I guess I should listen to them. I am happy to say that I am able to stand without help on my two front legs. I think that�s pretty good progress, don�t you?

I am also getting treatment for mange on my head. It�s a bit itchy at the moment, but it is getting better every day.
