FIREWOOD TO COOK HOT MEALS FOR 400 DOGS

This week at Sasha Pecic’s free-roaming sanctuary in Serbia, the dogs were wondering, “What are all these logs for?”

Well, they didn’t wonder for long. Soon the fire was lit and the air was filled with the smell of hot food. The dogs could hardly wait. Your donations are keeping more than 400 dogs fed here and we are incredibly grateful.

There may be only a few days left in the year, but we have so much more to do. It’s no small task keeping animals warm and fed in the bitter cold, but you’re making it happen! More than a few of the rescuers have told us that they fear their animals would be dead without us, and sadly, that’s no exaggeration. Thank you all for the remarkably special role you play in helping impoverished but powerful animal rescue squads across the planet.
