Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Chung Yaw Hwa�s)

Here again would like to apply for subsidy on a female cat.

Attach receipt and photo of the cat (just six month old)

The mother cat (pinky) is still around here with the kitten that is just six month old.

I just name her as Didi. I still feed them cat food since they are still around.

The only thing I did not do is bring them for vaccination.
