New Claim Forms

To all applicants, please be informed that we have a new set of claim forms available for download at www.myanimalcare.org/subsidy/.

The changes are as follows:

1. If the applicant is not using MBB, CIMB or PBB as the payee bank, the intergiro transaction fee will be borne by the applicant.

2. If the applicant is receiving funds from other sources for his/her caregiving work, the applicant is required to reveal relevant details to us.

As always, we hope to develop a relationship of trust and goodwill with all applicants and by doing so, ensure that our funds are stretched to the optimum to benefit applicants who are truly needy and unsupported by other sources. �

A gentle reminder:

Our funds are NOT open to:
1. pet-owners who apply for their pets
2. animal welfare organisations, groups, shelters and their key members
3. animal caregivers who have the means to raise/source their own funds�or who are supported by other sources.
