Spaying And Medical Claim For 3 Cats (Basirah Mohd Ibrahims)

We have fully sponsored RM100 for the spaying of Rani and subsidised RM50 for the vaccination of Rani and Buddy. This subsidy of RM150 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM60) and Berjaya Cares (RM90).

Dear Dr Chan,
Would like to request fr yr neutering subsidy for this female cat (as attached in pic cat1).

Pic 3 is Buddy, we rescued him frm Alor Setar market. He was very thin,had fungal infections all over and was unable to eat when we tried to feed him .We rushed him to the vet. Upon inspection, the vet found a large piece of bone stuck in his throat.Buddy was treated for this skin problem as well. Buddy is now doing very well and he turned out to be such a caring and gentle cat. Would like to take Buddy for vaccination .

1. Persuant to earlier communication,have done the vaccination fr Buddy and also fr the female cat.Attached is pic after the neutering.
For the vaccination, had done for a total of 4 cats but putting in the claim for two cats only,the other two cats are on me.

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to you and yr team.
