Spaying Subsidy For 2 Female Dogs (Celia Chin Siew Kim�s)

We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying of these two female dogs, Betty and Minnie. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM100) and Berjaya Cares (RM200).

Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for a young female dog (Betty) near my factory in Sungai Buloh.

She is about 7-8 months old and her mother is one of the stray dogs here. Her siblings have all been

poisoned to death when a restaurant shop owner put out poison to kill the rats in his shop. I have just

managed to catch her and will be sending her to spay this week. Will try to rehome her after this.

I would also like to apply for the spaying subsidy of another female dog (Minnie).
