I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for this male cat attached his photo for your kind attention.

This white cat is about 6-7 month. He was found at the guard house with broken leg after taking care of him

for about a month and he is now 100% recovered. And I am intent to re home him after neutered.

Appreciated if you can approve my application. I will drop the documents at your mailbox.
