Medical Subsidy For Polkadot (Marina Bt Mustaphas)

We have subsidised RM29 for the 2nd vaccination and deworming of Polkadot. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors.

We are also happy to hear that Polkadot has been adopted again! Have a great life in your new home, Polkadot!

I will take Polkadot for her 2nd vaccination this Saturday.
Can I claim medical subsidy as per policy?
Polkadot is fine here. Like Primal + monge mix foodvery much.

Dear Dr Chan,
My husband helped to take Polkadot for her 2nd vaccination today. Vet prescribed deworm tablet again. Vet said during vaccination, deworm need to be given as well.

I thought after 2 tablets (one month gap) it is sufficient until next 3 months or I could be wrong.

Attached copy of receipt & the vaccination sticker.

Please to inform that Polkadot also will be adopted. Polkadot’s new mummy is an experience cat owner.Hope it will be a great pair.
