We have a very saddening news to announce… Our beloved Poca has left us on the night of the 28th May 2013.
The brave little thing had fought bravely but it was a battle with little chance in winning. Let’s wish Poca the happiest time on the other side of the raindbow.
We thank you, for the financial help we received for Poca’s medical bills, we thank you for the prayers, the love and support Poca had received along the way.
Poca was a fighter, he was never giving up, this is something that we truly admire. Poca was very well behaved despite the pain and he fought with his head held up high and quietly, he endured the pain. What a wonderful boy he was.
We are sure that all his pain is now gone and he’s a healthy kid again, and that he can running free and happy in this other world he’s gone to. We will all miss you, Poca.
There will always be a very special spot for you in our hearts, we will always love you and you will always live in our memories.
Rest in peace, Poca. Be a happy little angel on the other end of the raibow.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
