Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat, Xiao Pa (Gan Shiu Kem�s)

Good day. I am an independent rescuer in JB and me and my sister are now helping a group of stray cats that we used to feed at our home’s back alley to have spay/neutering surgery. We’re wondering is it possible to apply neutering subsidy for one female cat named Xiao Pa, that we just spayed on 17th of Jan?

There’re in total 6 cats that we feed – 3 male +3 female, we’ve already neutered 2 male and 2 female (included Xiao Pa) and is going to sterilize the rest soon. We’re going to release Xiao Pa to her colony tomorrow morning after hospitalized at vet clinic for two days and the spaying surgery cost us RM170 (excluded hospitalization fees). Please kindly find attached folder for her photos (we have her left ear notched) and medical bills. We would really appreciate if we could get some help for Xiao Pa’s spaying fees..thank you so much for your consideration. Thanks
