Dear all, please be assured we are just as distressed as you are about the case of the Chong Pang kittens and eager to bring the perpetrators to justice. SPCA will be producing a request for information with reward flyer and Cat Welfare Society will be helping us to distribute it in the area. With regards the investigation of the case, AVA has been actively handling it since it first came to light and SPCA will assist in any way we can. We will be posting the flyer shortly and will appreciate it greatly if everyone can help to share it. Thank you.
