Subject: Follow up & Updated: Applying for subsidy for neutering a community male cat

Dr. Chan,

Thank you for your kind works for the street animals.

About two weeks ago I discovered a community male cat at my friend�s apartment. Even though the security guards have been feeding that cat, but the cat is running around freely around the neighbourhood.

Even though it�s not my cat, but because it is better to neuter the cat, so I decided to voluntarily take the cat for neutering.

The cat was previously�rescued by a guard�around the apartment area, but lately there were residents complained about the cat, so looks like the cat may not be able to stay there too much longer, plus the cat may walk out to the street again, which I hope would not happen after he was neutered and should be more stay put.

That guard who rescued the cat was also just resigned because salary is low. According to him, he is planning to bring the cat to his apartment even though his apartment is small and financially he is quite tight now.

I have schedule an appoinment with the vet on Friday morning, they told me the fee will be RM80.

Would you be able to help me get a subsidy for that? I will send the �before� & �after� photos to you later. Thank you very much.
