Hi Dr.Chan,
During one of mytrips to FRIM (Forest Research Institute Malaysia) in Kepong, I saw a docile black medium sized kitten (named her Octi).I told Octito come back again to the same spot next week and I’ll be back with a carrier. She really came back. So we packed her up andmade arrangements for her spaying:)After her spaying and negative test for FIV/FELV, we released her back to FRIM, nearer to the restaurants so she could continue to live there as before.Attached are her photos and receipt.Can I apply for her spaying subsidy please?
