Thank you Fiona Apple for setting such a shining example of loyalty to your pet. Yes, we all have careers, family, friends, hobbies – but all our pets have is us. Only us. Keep that in mind everyday, and especially when your pet is ill, injured, or nearing the end of his/her time on earth. This was the opening line of the 4-page handwritten letter from Grammy winning singer, Fiona Apple, to her fans after cancelling her South American tour to be at home with her dying dog.
