Max Has Recovered From Tick Fever And Is Well!

After that scare where Max’s PCV dropped until 12% and was diagnosed as having tick fever, Max has shown a steady improvement all the way and now, according to Lydia, he has almost doubled his weight and is actively playing and running around, as all healthy puppies should.

When Max seemed “lazy” and only wanted to lie down, we now know it was all due to the tick fever which was undetected earlier. Max had anaemia, and a severe one at that.

Now, he is as bouncy and joyful as ever. Lydia takes him swimming very often too.

We have fully sponsored RM225.30 for the rest of his medical bills and homeopathic medicine. This sponsorship comes from our Medical Fund, Panda N Gang, Martin Lui, Faizati Md Ali, Loh Yoke Khoon and Jeannie Teo.

After paying these last 5 bills, we have now fully utilised the “Max Fund” that was initiated by Panda N Gang and contributed by the donors named above. All bills were sponsored 50% by AnimalCare and 50% from Max Fund. We wish to thank the donors very much for their support.
