Spaying And Medical Subsidy For A Female Dog (Chong Ming Lis)
We have subsidised RM100 for this spaying and RM23 for the blood test and medication for tick fever.
From Ming Li:
Dear Dr Chan,
Hope you are fine.
I brought the 2 female dogs to the vet yesterday but only managed to spayed one of them (the one with long hair)– due to tick fever
Dr noticed the enlarged spleen and the dog’s blood didn’t clot as usual while doing the operation.
He found out that both dogs are having tick fever, the platelet count for the spayed dog was only 16 yesterday; the other dog (short hair) platelet was slightly higher, 35.
He asked me to bring the other dog (short hair) to spay after completing the antibiotics.
But no worries, the long hair female dog started to eat yesterday evening, I gave her boiled chicken liver + rice + antibiotic.
Attached herewith the picture of the long hair dog taken after the operation + medical bill (long hair dog) + subsidy form.
I will post the original receipt and form to you on monday.
Hope you will approve my application.
Thank you
Rgrds,
MingLi
