What They Do, And What We Do

 


Yes, stray animals may:

1. Sleep atop our cars. It’s their natural instinct to be in high places.
2. Urinate on our car tyres. It is also their natural way.
3. Jump onto our roofs. Again, they like high places.
4. Accidentally break our flower pots or decorative ornaments. I doubt it’s on purpose.
5. Urinate and defecate in our gardens. Again, where else can they do it? A public toilet?
6. Eat our food. Because they are hungry.

I think none of the above is done on purpose to annoy us nor do the animals have any ill intention on their parts. They just do not know any better.

But if humans call the animal-catchers in to capture them knowing that captured animals will eventually be euthanised, are we doing it on purpose?
