Dear Dr Chan,

As I had mentioned in my previous email, that today friday 2nd November, two dogs would leave the construction site and relocate to an animal shelter.

My friend Margie and I decided that Isabella and Becky should leave together as they are mother and daughter. Isabella is the mother and she is 3 years old.She is such a little sweetheart , always wagging her tail and she has such a gentle demeanour.

Becky is the daughter,so trusting , so loving and she has the most endearing temperament, traits inherited from her mother.

Getting them into the car was no problem at all.but it tore my heart to see them sitting in the back seat, anxiously�looking around,wondering whats going on.
Isabella was trembling and shaking ,while Becky lay down and kept very still.
I will miss them tremendously, but I know it’s for their own safety they have to go. I just hope somehow they will know and sense it.

I hugged them and told them Aunty Margie and I would come visit them.Promise.
It’s so hard to let go and I’ve come to love each one of the dogs and I have to work harder now to save the rest .

Becky and Isabella will surely get their very first bath soon and experience the joys of a human touch, regular feeding times and to not sleep on sand and stones and be covered with grease and oil from sleeping under lorries.�For that I’m grateful.
