Here’s wonderful news from Koo:

Hi Dr Chan,

I’m overjoyed to share that the dog’s owner has been found!

His name is Leo and he’s 15 years old! I was already having sleepless
nights wondering what to do and worrying that this was a dump case
since he has heart and kidney problems.

Coincidentally, it is the owner’s birthday today and her only wish and
prayer was for his safe return. By fate, my neighbor walked a
different route today and encountered her grandma who inquired whether
she has seen the dog and that led to a tearful and happy reunion.
Attached is a picture of the family.
