Amy Kwek sent this, and if indeed there are such people going around “adopting” stray animals, it pays to be vigilant and careful when giving up our animals for adoption.

Dear Dr.Chan ,
I am so worry about all the dogs & cats. Seems that a group people using the name ofgovernmentservant and charity association to adopt the dogs and cats and gave the rescuer money for adoption.One of my friend’s friend also cat rescuer(Not in animalcareorganization)she had 30 cats, someone adopted all the cat one shortby mentioning that they are government servant.
And other one is from our area,friend mentioned to me that there is a India manwanted to adopt a cat even he will pay the rescuer and even asked the rescuer to call him if we have cats around .
Could you kindly alet all members of our animalcareorganization about this matter.
