[Learning Science in a real-world setting.]
Last Sunday, the πππππ ππΆπ΅π₯π°π°π³π΄ @ ππΆπ―π¨π¦πͺ ππΆππ°π© saw kids and parents who learned about wildlife etiquette and safety in the outdoors. Under the guidance of Science-teacher-turned-ACRES Education Executive Tang Beng Yong, these primary schoolers reviewed Science topics on animals, plants, and human impact on the environment in their natural habitat.
Our wildlife etiquette lessons educate people on animal sentience, encouraging respect for their feelings to promote co-existence and prevent human-wildlife conflict.
By providing children with enjoyable outdoor learning experiences, we aim to help them connect with animals and nature, fostering a better understanding of the relationship between humans, animals, and the environment. Only when people care about nature will they want to protect it.
We look forward to our second and last session this Sunday. Thank you to all our participants for supporting our cause and playing an integral part in making learning fun!
