🚨 Urgent Foster Appeal 🚨

This is Kasse, a ten year old sterilised Shih Tzu who needs your help. She was abandoned under an HDB block at Jurong West St 81 and was found near the refuse bin area.

Kasse is almost completely blind and her skin is in poor condition. She also suffers from chronic heart disease and will need to be on long-term medication.

Kasse might have ringworm, requiring careful observation and care, and she will need to have her fluids regularly tapped or her breathing may turn laboured.

We are urgently seeking an experienced medical fosterer who can provide Kasse with love, care, and medical attention. Due to the possibility of ringworm, special precautions will be necessary.
