Donations to PAWS are eligible for tax-deduction under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967.
CNVR is internationally recognized as the most humane, safe and effective way to deal with the stray animal issue. Using this method, strays in a colony are caught, neutered, vaccinated and then returned to their territory.
CNVR has been enormously successful in reducing stray animal populations, and it also offers them peaceful lives in their territories. In the end, everyone benefits: animals and people. It is effective, responsible and humane. The breeding stops and populations are gradually reduced. Nuisance behaviors associated with mating and breeding, such as fighting and aggression, are virtually eliminated.
CNVR recognizes there is a balance in our urban society, one that includes stray animals. It is a movement that will hopefully continue to grow as more and more people see that it works.
