Urgent message from Joanne :

Abandoned dog looking for adopter or fosterer, Brownie

This cutie whom we call Brownie was found chained in front of a shoplot. He appears to be physically fit albeit a little on the skinny side. Very friendly personality despite his unfortunate situation. Knows sit and hand commands.

He will be neutered on Monday (31/7/23) and will be boarded for a week to recuperate. We hope is to get him a temporary or permanent home in this time frame as our options are very limited as of now.
