The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) is aware of the spread of a video on social media regarding an incident between Council staff and members of the public during a dog catch operation.

Regarding the Incident, an Internal Investigation Committee was established and this case is currently under investigation. MBPJ would like to emphasize that it will not compromise and protect any staff if it is true and proven to have committed a wrongdoing.

The public can submit complaints on the Council’s official channel on the website channel www.mbpj.gov.my, email at aduan@mbpj.gov.my, call the complaint hotline 03-7954 2020, WhatsApp channel (011-12017914), Facebook-MBPJ Complaint and MBPJ eComplaint application.
