Found in the pouring rain and unable to move properly, Felipe was the picture of despair. 😓

After being hit by a car, we’re not sure how anyone could leave him to suffer in such a way. But sadly, that’s the harsh reality for street dogs like him. 😔

Suffering from pneumonia and tetraparesis, amongst other things, Felipe was in a critical way. But with your help, he was able to receive the life-saving care that was needed. And just look at him today. 🥰
