Dear all,

we have to extend the duration of our fundraising as we are yet to meet the amount required to meet our monthly expenses. Some of our regular donors told us that we rescued far too many dogs this month and they have made multiple donations to the veterinary clinics for these dogs, hence their inability to contribute towards our bills. That is the reality of the situation and that is why many rescue groups do not actively rescue anymore. But how not to rescue? We hope you will help us out. Thank you and herewith the details:

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
