‼️ First raid of the year ‼️ Our partner organisation, @Animal Kingdom Foundation recently completed the first successful raid of the year – saving the lives of three dogs.

During the raid, the dog meat trader was arrested for violating the Animal Welfare Act within the Philippines. It is believed that he would buy, and even catch dogs from the local neighborhoods himself, and then sell the dogs to be brutally killed for the illegal trade.

All three of the dogs were found to have collars on, suggesting that they were once owned dogs, until they were ripped away from their lives and families.

Sadly, all three dogs appeared to be traumatised from their ordeal. They have now been taken to AKF’s Rescue Centre where they will start their rehabilitation.
