Today, On January 29th, An Extremely Special Perso..

Today, on January 29th, an extremely special person would have turned 64-years-old.

Co-founder Gill Dalley sadly passed away in 2017, but as the beating heart of Soi Dog, Gill’s memory can be felt in every essence of the Foundation.

Although she is no longer here to celebrate her birthday, we know that she would have been so incredibly proud to see the number of lives that continue to be saved, and the positive impact that is being made on the welfare of animals in Asia. Something that is only made possible due to the love and compassion you and Gill share for stray animals 🧡.

Gill held a very special place in her heart for disabled animals. She spent every moment ensuring that they received the best quality of life. Dogs just like Mirko, who suffered unfathomable cruelty. Mirko lost both her legs to an act of cruelty and arrived at our hospital in dire condition.

With the support of the Gill Dalley Memorial Fund for Disabled Animals, Mirko now has a safe place to live here at our shelter along with nearly 200 other disabled animals.

This year, to honour Gill’s Remembrance Day, we kindly ask if you will please make a special donation to the Gill Dalley Memorial Fund for Disabled Animals. To make a donation, please click here: https://links.soidog.org/make-a-special-donation-for-disabled-animals

Your gift will not only help care for disabled animals like Mirko, but will also help to continue Gill’s dream to end the suffering of stray animals in Asia.

Thank you for sharing Gill’s love and kindness towards animals in need.
