Update Just Adopted. Beautiful Billy Is Still Look..

Beautiful Billy is still looking for a loving, caring home. He’s about 16 weeks old and was found in a drain, part of a litter of 11 puppies! We have been fostering him for the Penang SPCA.

He is fully vaccinated. He’s learned to sit, walk on the lead, use the toilet tray(and outside) and happily sleeps all night in the crate. He’s a curious, gentle wee dog who gets on well with children, dogs, cats and chickens🐔!

SPCA Penang's main objectives are to prevent the unnecessary suffering of animals and to ensure responsible pet ownership. Hence the Society acts to prevent cruelty to animals and promotes kindness towards them by fostering an intelligent public interest regarding Man's duty animals.

Though the Society is sometimes compelled to put down an animal, our work covers a much more wider scope of rescuing, rehabilitating, healing and re-homing the animals.
