We were told that Meloby was cruelly abandoned several years ago. She came to Soi Dog after a car hit her. Meloby had a dislocated hip that needed urgent surgery. We also discovered she had an old fracture in her tail, severe dry eye and a secondary eye infection, as well as a tick infestation and skin problems. Poor Meloby was down on her luck. Despite her many health problems, we were absolutely determined to give adorable Meloby a better life.

Following her surgery, Meloby started her rehabilitation. She began to heal on the inside and out. She quickly became a firm favourite for our physio team – after all, no one can resist this girl’s adorable nature. Meloby never looks happier than when she is getting some chin scratches and belly rubs. 🧡

It took some time and lots of hard work, but we are thrilled to tell you that Meloby is now living pain-free. Soi Dog supporters like you gave Meloby the gift of health and happiness. The sad-eyed girl that first came through our doors is no more. We are sure there is a happy ending waiting in Meloby’s not too distant future. She truly deserves that.
