As we mark our late co-founder Gill Dalley’s 62nd birthday, we’re happy to announce that her semi-autobiographical novel ‘Just Gill’ has been nominated for a People’s Book Prize.

The People’s Book Prize is a literary competition that helps new authors and their stories to be discovered and celebrated, and the winners are decided exclusively by you, the public. Winning a People’s Book Prize will help Soi Dog Foundation reach a wider audience, raising further awareness of our cause.

Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals. Soi Dog also has a treatment facility in Bangkok and responds to crisis situations throughout Thailand.
