Cherrie Was Brought Home From Gasing, Given A Bath..

CHERRIE was brought home from Gasing, given a bath and sent for cremation at Pet Memorial Services today.

Since we started, many doggos had come into our lives and left. Some abruptly and some after a prolonged or short illness. Regardless, every time an MDDB dog dies, a hole is punched in our grieving hearts. In MDDB, every dog has a name, every dog’s unique characteristics is recognised and celebrated. Hence, when they go, the leave a permanent void. But this poem sums up best what we experience first hand. Cherrie was a sweet mannered girl and she was always happy and enthusiastic about everything around her. Rest in peace pretty girl. You will be terribly missed.

live within a fragile circle, easily and often breached.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
