SCAS feels very grateful to have Perfect Bella as our promoter to raise awareness and help the strays in Malaysia. SCAS started from the rescue of 12 motherless fur babies at a wet market in Jalan Kelang Lama in September 2009. It is operating as a NGO, a no-kill animal shelter.

Over the years, SCAS has saved more than a thousand stray dogs in Selangor and successfully rehomed about 50% of them. At SCAS shelter, we believe every dog deserves a second chance.

The Perfect Bella is collaborating with SCAS Second Chance Animal Society to raise awareness towards the importance of animal shelter in Malaysia. During this trying time of the COVID-19, we hope that our contribution can help the SCAS to reduce some of their burdens.

Second Chance

Second Chance is a group of like-minded animal lovers who met through the Internet when they read of Aunty Kiew's plight.

They do their very best to render help whenever time permits and within their limited capacities. They hope to find good homes for as many homeless animals as possible. Currently, there are 100+ animals rescued and fostered by this group.
