I found these busy bees collecting pollen from yellow water lilies. Bees live in colonies that contain the queen bee, worker bees and drones, but only the queen bee can reproduce. The bees store venom in a sac which is attached to their sting and only female bees sting.

Honey bees collect pollen as food for the entire colony; in return, they also pollinate plants. In their role as pollinators, bees support the growth of trees, flowers and plants, which serve as food and shelter for all kinds of creatures.
