Anyone know the vet here? An independant rescuer stumbled upon a cat which is very ill and unable to move. She needs to admit the cat and wants financial assistance as the the clinic’s receptionist says just boarding is RM35 a day excluding treatment and she has to pay several hundred ringgit upfront. We told the rescuer MDDB will fund raise and we called the clinic to get their account number but breaking through to the receptionist seems to be harder than scaling the Everest. Anyone knows the vet and has his contact? Veterinary clinics should be more helpful.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
