怡保防止虐待动物协会 TNR(M) 节育流浪狗回放计划.

ISPCA TNR(M) program.

1. 诱捕小浪送到指定兽医诊所为牠节育.

Try to trap the stray animals sand it to Vet.

2. 为节育后的小浪耳朵剪记号.

Neuter and mark on ear.

3. 植注晶片(跟据义工/监督员资料) , 再配带ISPCA红色颈带.

Injection Microchip and Wear ISPCA TNR(M) red collar and licensed tag

4. 回放原地 (需符合条件) 由义工/监督员管理.

Release and continue feeding by volunteers

2015年开始TNR.M计划，

TNR.M plan started in 2015

2017年得到市议员推行。。。。

It was implemented by city councilors in 2017.

2018得到执法单位的认同。

MBI support this program in 2018

直至今日共节育了约4000多只已植注 【晶片】的小浪。

To date, there are about 4000 stray dogs that have been implanted with [chips]

The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (The ISPCA), is a non-profit organisation formed under the Societies Act, 1966 of Malaysia. We are affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), London.

Our no-kill Shelter is located at Lot 38642, 4 1/2 Milestone, Jalan Gopeng, 31300 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia and nestles amongst beautiful limestone hills. Currently we are guardian to approximately 250 dogs and 80 cats at our Shelter.
