This month of September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🧸🎗

For the past few decades, Malaysia has been doing incredibly well in terms of research and advances in treatment as well as follow-up care, and we at Roots & Shoots Malaysia hope to join in this journey by putting a smile on these little warrior’s faces.

The good news is that childhood cancer is comparatively rare compared to cancers affecting adults, and they have an incidence of about 77.4 per million children under the age of 15.
