Pak Din�s Dog, Tip, Spayed

Last saturday took Pak Din’s only female youngster(out of 6 )called ‘Tip’� to Klinik Kembiri in Setapak to be spayed. She has a white tip on her tail and that’s the reason Pak Din called her Tip. The others� are Woo Kuei(black devil), Ah Hak(Black), Wollie, Wolf, and Badak all males.
This was my first visit to the Klinik and I was really surprised how busy it was on saturday. One of the reason is they had to close last sunday as the manager was busy and they had to push all cases to saturday…they had more than 70 cats alone for spaying and neutering. I must say that this joint project between DBKL and SPCA is doing a good job and I really appreciate all the staff and volunteers plus the manager Mr.Krishnan for their dedicated work. The fees are also very reasonable and more animal owners should be told about this facility. They do operations everyday but need to make an appointment. Its best to go on a weekday as they are less busy but always make an appointment first.
Due to my car aircon suddenly conking out and some delay at the workshop, I managed to get Pak Din and Tip to the clinic just in time before they closed….which was 1pm….phew. It was quite a long wait due to the long que(our number was 73), and it was past 3pm before we were able to take Tip home.

Was not able to help Pak Din repair the roof last week, but his fencing is slowly keeping the dogs at bay. Need to fix up a better gate as the current one is made of zinc and not sturdy enough.
