This is a photo of Piton and her baby, Tyng. They were photographed earlier this year at Bukit Piton Forest Reserve where WWF-Malaysia worked on a forest restoration programme for over 10 years.
.
Seeing mothers and babies at Bukit Piton is a sign that the restoration works there achieved its purpose, that is to ensure the survival of its orangutan population.
.
We hope the Piton and Tyng will continue to live out fulfilling lives at Bukit Piton!
