World Sea Turtle Day is celebrated on 16th June each year to highlight sea turtle populations, their importance in the ecosystem and serves as a platform to raise public awareness on the current issues and threats.

To all Malaysians, let’s come together in protecting our sea turtles by starting with simple acts such as saying no to eating turtle eggs, reduce/stop plastic straw usage and reduce the use of plastic bags. Small acts can lead to big impacts. Together possible.
