Subsidy For The Spaying Of A Female Cat (Thong Nook Lin�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of a female cat, brought in by retiree, Thong Nook Lin. Mdm Thong was visiting her father at the old folks home and this is a cat fed by the people in the home. They were worried the cat would get pregnant so they tied her up. Mdm Thong offered to get the cat spayed instead and brought the cat to our former panel vet who told her about our subsidy scheme.

The vet even helped her fill up the form (I’ve left our subsidy forms at both our former panel vets) and posted it to me.

I had to call Mdm Thong to ask for a photo of the cat. She didn’t know how to send an mms but finally managed to.

I’ve told Mdm Thong to tell the people at the old folks home not to tie up the cat anymore. Cats should not be tied up or leashed as their neck is soft and if they struggle or pull, it can break their neck.
