今天怡保市政厅执法组再接到市民投诉，巴占第7路太多流浪狗。
捉狗队去到现场发现有(约)三十只狗狗，有六，七只是有 ISPCA TNRM 红颈帶的，其余的都还没节扎。
市政厅一共扑捉9只流浪狗(其中2只是 TNR) 。
幸运地有一位善良的女士 Carmen 愿意为牠们节育，市政厅便把狗狗全载往兽医院。
有红颈帶的2只狗狗也通过晶片/号码牌联络喂养牠们的义工领取回(没有任何罚款)，只要求回放其他地方。

Complaints were made by public today to Ipoh City Council as there were a lot of strays wandering around at an area in Bercham. There were approximately 30 stray dogs whereby 6-7 of them are with ISPCA TNRm Red Collar, the rest are unneutered strays.
The relevant authority had captured 9 strays including 2 with ISPCA TNRM Red Collar.
Fortunately, Ms Carmen is willing to send them for spaying. The authority then sent all of them to a veterinary clinic.
As for the 2 strays which already have red collar tag, after checking the tag number and have their microchips scanned, volunteers in charged of feeding them were contacted to take them back to their original location (No fine was charged).
ISPCA hereby hope that public who feed strays regularly can send them for neutering under ISPCA TNRM program.

Strays to be sent to appointed veterinary clinics under TNRM program (There are 13 clinics in Ipoh)
2) 节育后必须剪耳朵记号
After spaying, markings will be made on their ears (a small cut)
3) 登记晶片，义工(喂养人)资料
Microchips will be inserted and volunteer in charged to continue feed them
4) 配帶红颈帶/号码牌后原地回放。
Red collar tag to be given and strays to be released back to original location.
