Morton是个超级粘人的宝贝，每次见到人都会蹭过来讨摸摸，呼噜声大到像摩托车引擎（所以我们叫他Morton啦！）🏍️❤️ 可惜他患有猫艾滋，一直没等到能给他专属疼爱的领养人……

虽然Morton在世的时光不长，但谢谢每一位曾给他零食、陪他玩、对他笑的好心人。你们的爱让他知道，自己值得被温柔以待✨

Dear friends, today our hearts are heavy as Morton, the shelter’s “King of Cuddles,” has crossed the rainbow bridge to become a little angel 🌈💔.

Morton was the most affectionate sweetheart—always rubbing against people for pets, with a purr as loud as a motorcycle engine (that’s why we called him Morton!) 🏍️❤️. Sadly, he had FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and never found his forever home…

Though his time with us was short, we’re grateful to everyone who gave him treats, played with him, or simply smiled at him. Your love let him know he was worthy of all the tenderness in the world ✨.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
