Poor Picnic was found crying in pain, terrified and unable to walk, after being hit by a car and left on the side of the road. 💔 The kind local who called for help believed he may have escaped from his home and gotten lost when fireworks went off for New Year.

Picnic’s injuries were severe—he had broken bones in his back paw, a painful spine condition, and problems with both of his eyelids that needed surgery. On top of that, vets had to remove a lump from his tail. 😞

But this brave boy is holding on. 💪 Thanks to the care he’s receiving at our hospital, he’s on the road to recovery. Every day, he’s getting a little stronger. ❤️
