HAPPY TAILS: PEPPER

(Previously ‘Hachi’)

Meet Pepper, the doggo who proves good things come to those who wait! As one of the last puppies in his litter to find a home, Pepper spent extra time in the shelter until space in the adoption kennels opened up. But once he was ready, his adorable little face stole hearts in an instant.

Now, nearly eight months after being adopted, Pepper’s new family cannot imagine life without him.

“Bringing Pepper into our little flat turned it into a true home. Happiness now lies in the little things: feeling the warm patch of tile where he napped, hearing the soft tap of his paws as he sneaks out his toys, singing a made-up song when we return home to him, or watching him have zoomies while enjoying his favorite treats — the moments are endless.

Adopting a pet isn’t just about giving one animal a home; it makes space for another animal to find a forever family. Every adoption is doubly meaningful, and we hope more people will have the chance to experience what we have with Pepper.
