Hisyam, a senior programme assistant in Sarawak, manages important wildlife data management for the team including collecting, organising, managing and accessing data to enhance productivity.

With his passion for the great outdoors, he looks forward to every field work that takes him to remote areas where few have gone to. When Hisyam is not in the field, he’s out for a run to stay mentally and physically healthy.

Running is his therapy. He has an impressive track record of nine marathons, five half-marathons, and over 80 fun runs including virtual events under his belt. Hisyam’s passion for running runs as deep as his dedication and commitment in conserving Sarawak’s biodiversity.
